Endress+Hauser Waterpilot FMX21 – Hydrostatic Level Sensor
The Waterpilot FMX21 is a hydrostatic level transmitter from Endress+Hauser, featuring a capacitive, oil-free ceramic measuring cell. It is widely used in process and environmental applications for continuous liquid level measurement in water, wastewater, and other media.
Oil-free ceramic sensor – High-purity 99.9% Al₂O₃ sensor provides robust overload resistance and is ideal for applications in drinking water
HART 6.0 communication – 4 to 20 mA output with superimposed HART 6.0 signal; measuring ranges can be freely adjusted via digital communication
Density compensation – Automatic temperature-compensated density correction ensures highest level measurement accuracy
Integrated temperature measurement – Optional built-in Pt100 temperature sensor (4-wire) for simultaneous level and temperature monitoring
Multiple application variants – Available in three outer diameters for different media:
22 mm (0.87 in): General applications, fresh water, deep wells
29 mm (1.14 in): Salt water applications
42 mm (1.65 in): Wastewater and sludge applications
